Our Commitment to Fair Refunds
At Quidbill, we believe in honest, transparent business practices. We're building this tool for American freelancers, and we understand that sometimes a product isn't the right fit. That's why we offer a fair refund policy.
Note: This refund policy applies to US-based customers only, as Quidbill is exclusively available in the United States.
30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
During launch we offer a simple guarantee for the Founding plan: if Quidbill isn't for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How the Guarantee Works
Email us at support@quidbill.app from your account email within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Example: Purchase on January 15 → you have until February 14 to request a refund.
After 30 Days
Refunds after 30 days are not guaranteed during the launch phase. We may consider a pro‑rated refund case‑by‑case for exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@quidbill.app
- Include your account email and reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once processed
Fair Use Policy
To maintain fairness for all users:
- Refund requests must be made by the account owner
- Accounts with repeated refund requests may be flagged
- We reserve the right to refuse service to users who abuse the refund policy
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Transaction fees from payment processing (these go to Stripe, not us)
- Services already rendered (e.g., successfully processed payments)
Our Philosophy
We're indie makers building for freelancers. We'd rather have 1,000 happy customers than 10,000 unhappy ones. If Quidbill isn't working for you, we want to make it right. Your success is our success.
